"Erratic Anthology" is a collection of work spanning more than 20 years but presented as an entirely new piece of art in and of itself. Graphic design, collage, analog and digital photography, and a few AI generated images comprise almost 100 pages of newly formed digital collage.
The selected works here have been cut-up, re-arranged, super-imposed over one another and in general re-imagined from their original intent.
From random pics snapped around my studio, to unglued magazine cuts, collected ephemera and reworkings of unused and discarded design projects, The book is less of a showcase of work and more of a glimpse into my mind, studio and creative process.
Essentially, it's all over the place. Erratic, hopefully, in a pleasing and most interesting way...
Handmade
Hand produced in limited quantity the book is primarily black and white with select color inserts. Each copy is hand trimed and assembled with a screw post binding for a custom, industrial sensibility to match the books overall aesthetic.
Quality
A beautiful 28lb bright white paper is used for the inner pages while an 8pt heavy weight gloss stock is employed for the cover.
Details
Immense care is taken in producing each and every book. From the hand-drilled holes for the binding to the carefully trimmed pages. To finish it off, the edges of the book are hand painted a bright blue, mimicking the cyan cover art.
